Quality Specialist
Location: Near Oak Brook, IL
Salary: Up to $90,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
This role goes beyond inspection—it's about building and maintaining a culture of quality across the entire organization:
- Own and maintain the controlled document library, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Create, revise, and manage quality documentation and records
- Serve as the gatekeeper for document control and process integrity
- Support and enhance the Vendor Management Program, including onboarding and performance monitoring
- Partner with the Materials team to manage vendor communications and questionnaires
- Lead internal audits to identify gaps and drive operational improvements
- Handle quality-related escalations and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
- Drive the Quality Incident Program (nonconformances & corrective actions)
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, or process improvement
- Hands-on experience with audits and quality management systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
