Job Title: Quality Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Complaints Manager to manage and resolve all quality issues within our organization. You will have the opportunity to investigate quality concerns, adjust and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), and update change management processes. This role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols and SOPs, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and close all quality investigations.
  • Adjust and revise SOPs to improve processes.
  • Update and revise change management processes for the organization.
  • Follow all GMP protocols and SOPs to ensure compliance.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with drug products and drug substance.
  • Expertise in compliance and quality management systems.
  • Strong experience in quality assurance and product compliance.
  • Proficiency in aseptic technique and document management.
  • Experience in drug safety.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience or Master's degree with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Experience working with drug products.

Work Environment

The role offers the chance to manage investigations independently and make meaningful changes within the organization. You will be part of a small team of three, working east coast hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
