Auditing of cross-functional processes against AS9100 requirements and internal procedures.
Creation of audit reports to document audit findings issued for nonconformances.
Supporting Document Control efforts per internal and industry requirements and standards.
Identification of Training needs, and creation of online Training on Quality documents and processes.
What you'll do:
Conduct audits to ensure that the business is saying what we do, and doing what we say, and that processes are in accordance with AS9100 and government/industry requirements.
Write detailed reports on audit findings.
Help maintain revision control of QMS documents.
Assisting with identifying training needs across the organization.
Assist with online training on new document revisions.
Compose, revise, and maintain internal procedures and documents.
Assist with Root Cause Corrective Action efforts to resolve Nonconformances.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent training in a technical field, and 1+ year(s) relevant experience
Experience with revision control of documents and parts
Strong oral and written communication skills
Investigative mindset
Detail-oriented focus, able to identify individual issues in a process
Ability to report on audit findings in clear detail
Understanding of revision control in Bills of Materials/ Configuration Management
1+ year(s) experience with RCCA or CAPA processes
Experience with Root Cause Analysis tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AS9100/ ISO9001 Quality standards
Experience in a highly regulated industry
Certification as an AS9100/AS6500 aerospace auditor / lead auditor certification
Experience in a low volume manufacturing environment
Experience with version control of software, in GitHub or similar environment(s)
Working knowledge of ERP and PLM tools, like Oracle and Teamcenter
Working knowledge of Microsoft online tools like SharePoint
