  • Develop, review, and maintain process Control Plans that align with PFMEA risk levels, process capability, and customer requirements.
  • Serve as the quality lead on NPI and capital programs, supporting design readiness, manufacturability reviews, inspection strategies, and error-proofing concepts.
  • Lead process validation activities, including capability analysis, production trials, and run-at-rate evaluations to confirm process robustness.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, and engineering teams to ensure internal process readiness for new product and capital introductions.
  • Support early production launches by monitoring quality indicators, identifying emerging risks, and driving preventive and corrective actions.
  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts when required and ensure that lessons learned are captured and integrated into APQP documentation and standards.
  • Identify, track, and support quality metrics focused on risk prevention, launch robustness, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the business to influence decisions, build trusted partnerships, and drive quality-focused outcomes.
