Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Quality Technician to join our team on the 1st shift, from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

As a Quality Inspector, you will utilize inspection tools to ensure that the final product meets quality standards before it leaves our facility.

A few years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect final products using inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Utilize torque screwdrivers, socket wrenches, drills, voltmeters, and multimeters for inspections.
  • Communicate clearly and work effectively within a team.
  • Perform visual inspections and maintain organization.
  • Read and interpret schematics, electronics, and wire harness assembly instructions.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, and tape measures.
  • Experience in assembly, production, and schematic reading.
  • Experience in electronics.
  • Ability to read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), gauges, and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • ISO 9001:2015 certification knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills for conducting visual inspections.

The work environment is a quiet, clean, and well-lit ISO 9001:2015 certified shop.

The position requires the ability to work independently on repetitive tasks without close supervision.

The dress code is casual, allowing jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes, with steel-toe shoes not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
