Quality Inspector

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in products or processes

- Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process

- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency

- Communicate quality issues and concerns to management and other stakeholders

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of ISO9000
• Basic blueprint reading
• Ability to interpret basic Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
