Quality Inspector – Manufacturing

What You’ll Do
  • Perform First Article and Final Inspections on machined medical components
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections in low‑ and high‑volume production
  • Operate CMM equipment (Mitutoyo or similar)
  • Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T
  • Support in‑process inspections on the shop floor
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate device history records
  • Identify quality issues, support root cause analysis, and assist with corrective actions
  • Interface with ERP systems (JobBOSS) and Microsoft Office tools
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of quality inspection experience in medical device or machined components
  • CMM operation experience
  • Strong GD&T and print‑to‑part skills
  • Knowledge of shop math and dimensional inspection

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lino Lakes, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83000.00/yr.
