Quality Inspector

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $17-$20

Shift: 7:30AM-3:00PM

What's the Job?

• Inspect outgoing products based on internal quality requirements and procedures
• Support and participate in internal auditing activities as directed by Quality Manager
• Report problems or concerns to appropriate management and quality personnel with urgency
• Participate in QA training and support to factory personnel
• Support inspection of incoming goods during receiving to ensure consistency and integrity of build material

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, communications
• Familiar with using a handheld computer scanner
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable with working with others real-time in remote locations
• Ability to work on your feet for most of a typical 8-hour work shift and lift up to 49 lbs. on a semi-regular basis
