Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Woodberry, Greenville, SC
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + benefits
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who brings strong technical expertise, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to partner closely with manufacturing teams. In this role, you’ll ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance — while driving improvements that make our processes stronger, faster, and more efficient.
What You’ll Do
Quality Engineering
- Ensure product quality is defined, achieved, and continuously monitored across all parts and processes
- Lead root‑cause investigations and drive corrective & preventive actions
- Analyse process capability (Cpk/Ppk), defects, and trends using statistical tools
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage supplier quality performance, acceptance criteria, and audits
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing and product development
- Perform inspections and audits (1st article, in‑process, final, borescope, calibration, etc.)
- Manage multiple FPQs, including bubble drawings, CAV forms, certifications, and documentation packages
Manufacturing Support
- Provide quality input for routers, inspection criteria, and process flows
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet customer and business requirements
- Offer guidance on quality methods, standards, and best practices
- Maintain quality manuals, procedures, and controlled documents
🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of quality or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of CAD, Lean principles, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
