We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst II to support laboratory instrumentation compliance and qualification activities in a GMP-regulated environment. The primary focus of this role is laboratory instrument Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration (PC), Performance Verification (PV), and new equipment qualification. CSA/CSV experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PM, calibration, PV, and qualification activities for laboratory instruments.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support vendor management.
- Execute equipment qualifications, method validations, and transfers.
- Support deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and audit readiness.
- Maintain SOPs, protocols, and compliance documentation.
- Review laboratory data and ensure adherence to GMP requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device laboratory.
- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, qualification, and compliance processes.
- CSA/CSV experience preferred.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
