We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead/Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will come from a steel or job shop atmosphere and possess a keen attention to detail, especially in quality control of welded elements. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will work closely with the foreman and floor staff, ensuring welds are perfect and fit for use. This role involves measuring parts, reading prints and GD&T, and utilizing various quality tools for inspection.

Experience a family-oriented environment with a smaller shop atmosphere and a large client portfolio. The work schedule is typically 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, with potential for overtime until 4:30pm. Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
