Job Description

  • Support the Purchasing Manager in creating and managing purchase orders while monitoring inventory levels through NetSuite.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, confirm availability, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding inquiries and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain and update inventory records across multiple platforms.
  • Process credit memos, returns, and rebates; administrative experience is a plus.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in inventory planning and procurement.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with office technology, including Google Workspace.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and adaptability.
  • Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or at least 2 years of related experience.
