Public Areas Attendant

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction and must be able to push and pull a moderate weight.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping or the hospitality industry is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear directions on guests’ requests.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization in public areas.
