We are currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join a dynamic and established behavioral health team in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This position offers a balanced 70% inpatient / 30% outpatient practice with occasional consultation-liaison opportunities. The inpatient behavioral health unit currently features 20 beds, with plans to expand by an additional 8 beds, reflecting the organization’s continued investment in mental health services. The team is known for its collegial culture, strong clinical collaboration, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Call Schedule

• 1:5 rotation
• Weekday call is phone only
• Weekend call includes rounding

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary varies depending on experience
