As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you’ll join a collaborative practice focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a sustainable outpatient setting. Our clinicians are encouraged to practice with depth and intention, combining psychiatric expertise with psychotherapy-informed treatment and a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s emotional, psychological, and social needs.


We have intentionally built a low-volume practice model that prioritizes quality over productivity metrics. Our Approach to Care

We provide evidence-based psychiatric treatment through a patient-centered and psychotherapy-informed lens. Our approach emphasizes strong therapeutic relationships, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and individualized treatment planning that considers the full context of each person’s life. We value presence, collaboration, and adequate time with patients as essential components of effective psychiatric care.

Compensation:

$130,000 - $170,000 yearly based on experience and skills


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide psychotherapy-informed psychiatric care, integrating biological, psychological, and social factors.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality psychiatric treatment.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation with the support of AI-assisted charting tools.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP BC through the ANCC.
  • Active RN and APRN license in Washington.
  • DEA license with Schedule II through V prescribing authority or eligibility.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychiatric or mental health care.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful patient relationships and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Commitment to practicing in an in-person clinical setting and engaging fully with patients and the team.
