At Sound Choice Mental Health, we are a growing, clinician-owned outpatient psychiatry practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, relationship-based mental health care. We believe exceptional psychiatric treatment comes from creating space for genuine connection, careful clinical work, and a supportive environment where both patients and providers can thrive.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you’ll join a collaborative practice focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a sustainable outpatient setting. Our clinicians are encouraged to practice with depth and intention, combining psychiatric expertise with psychotherapy-informed treatment and a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s emotional, psychological, and social needs.
We have intentionally built a low-volume practice model that prioritizes quality over productivity metrics. Providers at Sound Choice benefit from meaningful collaboration, engaged leadership, and the ability to practice psychiatry in a way that is both clinically rewarding and professionally sustainable. We value in-person teamwork, strong therapeutic relationships, and creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported in doing their best work every day.
