Founded in 1909 and affiliated with the Episcopal Church, The Bishop’s School is an independent, all gender college-preparatory school for 800 students in grades six through twelve. The School is located on a historic campus in the heart of La Jolla, just 10 miles north of downtown San Diego. The Bishop's School seeks a Prospect Research Manager with immediate start.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Major and Principal Gifts (SFMPG) the Prospect Research Manager (PRM) is responsible for maintaining gift officer portfolios, conducting prospect research and assisting the Major Gift team with day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Chief Advancement Officer and frontline fundraisers, the PRM plays a crucial role in managing the moves management process for all fundraisers on staff, supporting gift officers in preparation for and appropriate wrap up of prospect meetings, and building the major gift pipeline.� �
This is a 12-month per year on site position with office space in the center of The Village of La Jolla. Some schedule flexibility may be offered during periods when school is not in session.
