Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Maintenance Technician, based in Madison, WI. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall conditions including curb appeal, preventive maintenance, general repairs, and ensuring that all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling, operate efficiently. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, responding to service requests, maintaining common areas, conducting inspections, assisting with renovations, and ensuring safety compliance across all properties.
