Property Administrative Assistant – Blue Ash, OH

$19–$22 per hour | Contract-to-Hire | 1st Shift (M–F)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer‑focused Property Administrative Assistant for a contract‑to‑hire role with one of our clients located in Blue Ash, Ohio. This position supports day‑to‑day property management operations, tenant relations, and administrative functions. If you enjoy helping people, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting a busy property team, this role will be a great fit.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, visitors, and contractors.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the property management team.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, service requests, and general communication.
  • Maintain property files, leasing documentation, vendor agreements, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, vendor appointments, and inspection timelines.
  • Prepare reports, notices, letters, and outbound communication as needed.
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Handle mail distribution, office supplies, and general office coordination.
  • Support move‑in/move‑out processes, including documentation and tenant communication.
  • Assist with property projects, events, and operational initiatives.



Qualifications


  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Property Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with property management systems (Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, etc.) is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
