The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.
The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.

The Corporate Properties Group (CPG) manages Wells Fargo’s corporate real estate portfolio of over 9,300 locations in 35 countries and territories.  Our customers are primarily the Team Members, contract staff and other personnel that work in our retail stores and administrative buildings; we also work directly with external customers, business, and community partners.

The Properties Lease Consultant 3 position is responsible for:

• Providing effective lease management services and coordinating communication with Corporate Properties Group members within a geographic area for a complex portfolio. 
• Reviewing lease documents and administers leases in accordance with the lease agreements. 
• Assuring vendor payments of rent and common area maintenance (CAM) and CAM reconciliations. 
• Identifying locations within the portfolio for potential lease audits, determines subtenant share of reimbursable expenses and oversees billing. 
• Providing assistance to the Regional Lease Manager on special projects and other specialized duties or responsibilities as assigned.

• 8+ years of properties experience, lease negotiation experience, or a combination of both

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Strong research and documentation skills
• Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
• Adobe experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

• Strong Lease Administration Experience (ability to review and abstract lease documents)
• Working knowledge of SAP and IDA (Information Document Administration)
• Experience with Corporate Properties Group & Lease and Records Management 
• Prior accounting experience reviewing invoices/statements and reconciling ledgers
• Experience resolving past due balances and CAM/TAX/INS reconciliations
