Project Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with efficient communication between the installation team, project management, commercial sales, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Uphold safety standards in accordance with Guldmann policies and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for direct and subcontracted resources to optimize project timelines.
- Review project materials for accuracy, project-specific needs, and other relevant factors to support seamless project execution.
- Assist Install Supervisors and the project team with problem resolution to meet project deliverables on time and to quality standards.
- Track and monitor project mobilization activities to ensure timely resource deployment and project readiness.
- Ability to travel across states for on-site project needs.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Associates Degree/ Bachelors in construction and Project management or Bachelor's with 3 year's previous experience in project coordination, support, or administrative roles within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and professional interactions.
- Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and best practices in construction or installation environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Familiarity with ProCore, ACC, SmartSheets and BIM preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
