The Project Support Specialist (PSS) plays a critical role in supporting Emerson customers by serving as a key connection between customers and manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely communication, coordination, and execution of manufacturing activities while aligning internal teams around customer expectations. Our compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
