Location: San Diego, CA 92123 (Hybrid –4x on-site)

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST

Pay: $36–38/hour

Assignment Length: 2-year contract with strong potential for extension or conversion

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator II to support operational and compliance activities within a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage work orders, track deadlines, and ensure accuracy and efficiency across project workflows.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track work orders for inspection and maintenance teams
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment
  • Troubleshoot order issues and support resolution efforts
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting related to project and operational activities
  • Provide general support to the Pipeline Operations team as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, analyst, or similar operational role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to support team needs as they arise

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Background in compliance-related work
  • Experience in utility, construction, or similar industries
