Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across education, municipal, and defense sectors. You’ll take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to close-out
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field staff
- Drive and maintain project schedules and milestones
- Enforce safety standards and quality control
- Lead daily site meetings and reporting
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven experience on ground-up projects ($10M–$30M range)
- Background in municipal, education, or defense projects preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans/specs
