Project Scope and Responsibilities Position: Project Safety Advisor Project Type: Construction (High-Voltage Transmission – 765 kV) Project Overview The Project Safety Advisor will support the Valley North Transmission Line Project, a large-scale, multi-state infrastructure initiative involving the development of approximately 260 miles of new 765-kV transmission line from Putnam County, West Virginia to Frederick County, Maryland, including associated substations.
