Project Manager/Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full life cycle of heavy civil construction projects—both public and private—ranging from $20M and up.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Project Engineers and field management staff
- Managing subcontractors and client relationships effectively
- Full P&L ownership, including cost control and risk management
- Pre-construction planning, project set-up, scheduling, and safety oversight
- Driving projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5+ years’ experience managing/estimating heavy civil projects with a focus on wet utilities, excavation, grading, wastewater treatment plants, and paving
- Proven track record of managing/estimating self-perform forces and delivering projects exceeding $50M
- BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with DOT projects (a plus)
- Proficiency in industry software: HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc.
Schedule
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT or Utah county(On-site role)
