The Project Manager will manage a team of personnel assigned to an implementation, upgrade, or similar type of project. Depending on project size and scope, the Project Manager may be assigned multiple projects to manage. The Project Manager will be accountable for project deliverables, timeline, and budget. Several keys to this role include creating and maintaining a project plan, working with managers to estimate work effort and allocate resources, and delivering excellent customer service by building a strong and effective working relationship with the customer. This role is Hybrid and will collaborate at least three (3) days per week in Tampa.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan, including (but not limited to) tasks, start and end dates, work effort, resource assignments, milestones, and critical path.
Build and grow trust organically as a product advisor by proving ongoing value through accountability, communication and transparency, while providing tailored solutions aligned to each client's goals and use cases. Consistency creates reliability and the client's success is MHK's success.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, related field or commensurate experience required.
PMI certification (PMP) - preferred
Experience Requirements:
Ability to delivery verbal presentations to small groups.
Additional Requirements:
This position will collaborate hybrid three (3) days per week in our Tampa office.
Ability to travel to client sites as necessary (20% or less, as a matter of routine).
Ability to work across all US time zones, as required.
The successful candidate will be expected to pass a background check and drug screening.
