With over 50 years of experience in the region, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction management, design-build, and general contracting services across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, government, and commercial projects.

Here is some information about the opportunity:

• This is a local position - all work is based in the Tallahassee area (no travel required)
• Strong connection with local government and university providing a pipeline of projects.
• Build a variety of projects up to $75 million including healthcare, government, education, sports facilities and more.

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years experience in construction project management
• Background in commercial, education, healthcare, or government projects preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
