What You'll Do
- Take ownership of projects from client request through completion
- Estimate, schedule, and manage multiple projects across all phases
- Serve as a trusted client partner, delivering consistent quality across all project scales
- Work side-by-side with field teams to ensure projects run smoothly and safely
- Collaborate with Business Development to support new client opportunities
- Coach and mentor junior staff, helping them gain valuable project experience
- Look for smarter, faster ways to improve processes and project delivery
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience (service or construction projects)
- Current experience managing projects with 12–20 week construction schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically four or more active projects at one time within the past year
- Recent experience in corporate interiors / tenant improvement, including coordination of millwork, furniture integration, lighting design, and architectural finishes
- Up-to-date understanding of standard building codes, city permitting processes, and construction documentation requirements
- Current experience working with corporate tenants, ownership groups, designers, and brokers, with a strong emphasis on communication and client relationship management
- Estimating skills
- Solid understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline Estimating, Bluebeam/Adobe, and Procore
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple clients and deadlines with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset
