Project manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a Procurement Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities for M&A integrations. This role focuses on translating deal strategy into actionable plans, ensuring seamless supplier transitions, system readiness, and compliance from Day 1 through steady state.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement integration roadmap (Day 1, interim, steady state)
• Design Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment
• Drive supplier and contract transition activities
• Coordinate across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, AP, and IMO
• Enable system transitions (SAP, Ariba, etc.) and ensure payment continuity
• Develop governance frameworks, documentation, and training materials

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, finance ops, or transformation roles
• Proven M&A integration program management experience
• Strong knowledge of S2P / P2P processes
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, NetSuite, or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
