Brief Job Description:
- The Maintenance of Business (MOB) Project Manager is responsible for managing MOB projects aligned with Lens Care Solution Manufacturing site priorities.
- Lead individual MOB projects within the project portfolio. Ensure project documentation is completed and approved per procedures.
- Responsible for initiating and managing Quality Change Requests (QCRs) to completion.
- Develop project schedule and resource plans to support project execution.
- Ensure project plans and timelines are in place for all planned activities including a detailed project charter/scope, risk assessment, and milestone schedule.
- Develop close working relationship with R&D resources, Quality, Regulatory and site leads to ensure alignment and balance of MOB project resource needs with other site and R&D projects.
Preferred Background:
- BS Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2-7 years in Engineering / Project management, process improvement.
- Demonstrated organizational and good tech writing skills.
- Knowledge and experience in medical device or pharma manufacturing processes. Technical experience within a FDA regulated industry.
