Our client is looking to add a Project Manager (PM) that will manage the development and execution of large complex, multi-phased projects with external project dependencies. This person will work with Product, Delivery and Technology organizations to own and drive implementation of sizable projects and programs with high quality and excellent customer satisfaction. The PM is responsible for project completion within determined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall program/project management of concurrent large complex project implementations across different industries.
  • Successfully lead strategic enterprise-wide projects with multi-functional, cross organizational teams and/or outside vendors.
  • Apply disciplined project management practices, including methodology adherence, ownership, stakeholder communication, and expectation management across assigned projects.
  • Manage and lead project teams remotely across multiple time zones.
  • Develop project schedules, timeline and work within shared resource model. Work with key partners (e.g., executives, clients, stakeholders, partners, vendors) to collaborate and own the project implementation to satisfy clients’ business, fiscal, functional objectives and communicate effectively.
  • Lead work estimations and timelines of high-level, high-impact, and high-cost client projects. Present and defend project and resource work estimations to senior management.
  • Serve as subject-matter authority in project budgeting, estimates, and control. Consistently meet the defined OKRs and release date objectives of complex projects.
  • Prepare weekly status reports (internal and external), track the progress, follow-up and communicate during various project implementation status calls.
  • Lead risk planning, analysis, response, and control on a scheduled basis across all phases and projects. Implement and manage structured change control processes.
  • Manage project communication, constraints, issues, and client dependencies to ensure successful delivery
  • Partner with customers to understand, maintain, and improve the solution roadmap and ensure delivery of business value.
  • Responsible for ensuring all project close out activities are completed and documented.
  • Provide necessary backup and coverage across projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Active PMP certification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Proven PM experience deploying packaged or custom software applications in a client and/or business facing role
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple large, complex, and high-visibility projects simultaneously and driving them to completion.
  • Experience working on data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks is preferred but not required
  • Strong experience using project and collaboration tools such as MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, and similar platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including PMI standards, Waterfall, and Agile practices within a software development environment.
  • Solid understanding of technical solution components, including marketing databases and related systems. Strong ability to work across teams internally and externally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with associates, clients, partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and proactive leadership.


The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($60-63/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and/or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
