Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raleigh, NC, for a Project Manager at Tennoca Construction Company. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee site development projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling and expediting project deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements, managing inspections, and handling logistics to facilitate the smooth progression of projects. The role also demands active collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
� Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required)
� 3–5 years of project management experience in construction
� Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
� Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation
� Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities Include:
� Planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects
� Managing budgets, schedules, and project timelines
� Coordinating with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
� Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
