Position Title: Project Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Orlando, FL, 32801
Duration: 01- Year Contract on W2 (Temp-to-Hire)
Position Description:
- This role manages and directs significant long-term projects with business wide impact.
- Directs single project team and manages total project scope from conception to final completion.
- Manages necessary resources and administration from within and outside the organization.
- Typically reports to a project director, executive or director.
- Incumbents are in a temporary position or work assignment.
- This title is used only for the duration of the project.
- These projects support the implementation of the customer experience strategic roadmap and include the implementation of several AI Projects.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.
- Strong team building skills. Negotiating skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills are required.
Experience Required:
- Experience in project management, relevant technologies including AI implementation , and in the assigned project areas.
- Change management preferred but not required
Education Required:
Additional Information:
- Hybrid, Candidate will be expected to go to office when requested and at least once per week.
