Project Manager

Primary Function-

This position is full-time, managing mechanical & plumbing projects in the rapidly expanding life science & tech sector.

Perform all administrative functions with regards to cost/schedule control, delivering every assigned project on time and on budget.

Typical Duties-

• Serve as a leader for the project team, supporting our trades with all the information they need to install their scope one time, correctly.
• Build and maintain relationship with customers on a project-by-project basis.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience-

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial construction
• Experience with design/build delivery a plus
• Experience managing mechanical, plumbing, process or BMS/BAS controls scope preferred but not required
• Experience building laboratories or cleanrooms also preferred but not required.
• Engineering, Construction Management degree or trade experience preferred
• Proficient with BlueBeam and MS Suite of programs
• Familiarity with BIM platforms, coordination execution and VDC management a plus
• Self- Directed/motivated
• Organized
• Excellent communicator (written & verbal)
• Be coachable, and can coach PEs and APMs

Salary Range-

$110k-140k annually based on experience (FSLA Exempt)

+ car allowance & bonus
