🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance
• Work closely with Superintendents to support field execution
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Monitor cost reporting, forecasting, quality, and safety standards
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 5–10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
• Background working for a general contractor rather than a subcontractor
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and project delivery
• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or similar preferred
