Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project success.


Roles and Responsibilities

The Project Manager is expected to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas to perform the role in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. The responsibilities outlined below describe the general scope and level of work associated with this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties or requirements.


  • Coordinate project transition and start-up processes to ensure seamless execution from pre-construction through mobilization.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee and manage project cash flow, including forecasting, billing, and cost control.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of direct reports and project team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare, generate, and submit technical documentation and project records in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support during the construction phase, addressing technical, operational, and coordination needs.
  • Implement and manage project safety and risk management programs in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all personnel on site.
  • Participate in and maintain required training, certifications, and professional development programs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Foundation, Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • This is a full-time role on-site at our Miami office.
