THE OPPORTUNITY:

I'm running a confidential search for a Project Manager to lead a 2-year garden-style residential build in Miami on behalf of one of Florida's most established and respected general contractors; a firm with a 50+ year track record and 400+ projects delivered on time and on budget.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead a ground-up garden-style multifamily residential project in Miami from preconstruction through closeout
Own budgets, schedules, buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and the field team to keep the job on time and on budget
Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner, architect, and design team
Drive quality, safety, and the standard of work the firm is known for

WHAT YOU BRING:

Project Manager experience with a general contractor
Ground-up multifamily experience strongly preferred
Strong command of scheduling, cost control, buyout, and subcontractor management
South Florida market knowledge and established trade relationships a plus
A builder's mindset: accountable, organized, and proud of the work
