Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various projects. The role is located in Coconut Grove, FL, and will be offered as a hybrid position.
Ideal Role Requirements
- Based/living in or around the immediate Miami area.
- At least 2 years experience working as a project manager (In a Developer, Owners Rep or GC capacity)
- Have residential and/or hospitality experience
- Self-Starter
- Strong Communication
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Office suite (including Project or P6), Bluebeam, Procore, etc.
- Existing track record within the SoFlo markets
- College degree in Construction Management or a similarly related field, and ideally PMP certification.
Responsibilities (Examples, but not limited to)
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Project planning, including producing detailed project plans.
- Scheduling - The PM will need to produce and manage the overall project schedules.
- Monitoring and applying management techniques.
- Managing the change control process.
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Coordinate/Manage the Design teams
- Coordinate/Manage the GC teams
- Monitor Procore throughout the project
- Quality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products.
- Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
Ideal Qualifications
- Ability to advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.
- Great time management skills. Ensure that the project is managed to the right quality standards, completed efficiently and on time.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
- Experienced working as an effective team member within the context of delivering a specific commission.
Potential Compensation Package
- Salary $110k-$150k pa, depending on experience.
