Role: Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
Location: Miami, Florida
Salary: $165,000 + Excellent Benefits

We’re looking for a driven and highly organized professional to oversee multiple concurrent renovation projects across a live medical campus in Miami. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering essential upgrades, without disrupting ongoing hospital operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full project lifecycle: financials, contracts, scheduling, and compliance
- Leading preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, subcontractor procurement, and value engineering
- Coordinating complex phasing plans to ensure uninterrupted patient care
- Overseeing upgrades to MEP systems, imaging suites, LINAC installations, and medical gas systems
- Ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- 5+ years specifically in healthcare construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade permitting, AHCA requirements, NFPA, and Life Safety standards
- Experience delivering projects up to $10M
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project or Primavera, and advanced Excel financial tracking
