THE OPPORTUNITY

I'm running a confidential search for a Project Manager to join one of South Florida's most respected custom metal fabricators — a company whose work you've already seen, even if you don't realize it yet.

This firm is the team behind the architectural and structural metal packages on some of the region's most recognizable developments. Towers people photograph. Buildings that define neighborhoods.

They're also growing fast. A third facility was just brought online, and the project pipeline is stacked with luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use work across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.

This is a chance to step into a senior PM seat at a company with the backlog, tools, and reputation to match the ambition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead architectural, miscellaneous, and structural metal projects from preconstruction through final installation
• Partner directly with top-tier GCs, developers, architects, and design teams across South Florida's highest-profile builds
• Drive CAD/BIM coordination, shop drawing review, and fabrication scheduling across multiple in-house facilities
• Oversee budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and site execution
• Bring Value Engineering ideas to the table early — this firm is known for solving problems other fabricators can't

WHAT YOU BRING

• PM experience in construction, architectural metals, miscellaneous metals, or structural steel fabrication
• Strong relationships (or the ability to build them quickly) with South Florida GCs and developers
• Comfort with BIM coordination, CAD review, and 3D modeling workflows
• Field-savvy — you understand what installation crews need from a PM
• A builder's mindset: organized, accountable, and proud of the work you put your name on
