The Project Manager – Janitorial Services is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing janitorial service projects across assigned sites. This role focuses on managing special projects, large‑scale cleanings, new account startups, transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

  • Lead and manage janitorial service projects from initiation through completion
  • Oversee new account startups, service transitions, and special cleaning projects
  • Coordinate staffing, schedules, equipment, and supplies to meet project timelines
  • Ensure project execution aligns with client expectations, scope, and budget
  • Conduct site walkthroughs, inspections, and quality assurance checks
  • Partner with operations, account managers, and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage labor hours, costs, and resources to support financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients during project execution
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Provide project updates, reports, and documentation to leadership
