Project Manager – Equipment Installation


BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with one of the most reputable industrial companies in Pennsylvania seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong trades background who knows how to run crews and get projects done right. Ideal candidates come from a Millwright, Foreman, rigging, or fabrication background.

This position has a 50%+travel requirement.


Overview:

  • Run equipment installation projects from kick-off to close-out, keeping jobs on time and on budget.
  • Manage field crews of 4–16 workers, working directly with Foremen in the field.
  • Hold pre-job meetings with customers to go over the timeline and what the job entails.
  • Handle material procurement, set up vendor accounts, approve invoices, and arrange equipment rentals.
  • Coordinate tool and equipment logistics to get what the crew needs on-site and on time.
  • Pitch in on demolition and relocation of existing equipment when the job calls for it.
  • Be the go-between for field crews and the office, including the safety coordinator.
  • Work closely with Sales and Fabrication to keep everything moving in the right direction.


Qualifications:

  • Experience running or supervising crews on industrial or construction job sites.
  • Hands-on background in Millwright work, rigging, fabrication, steel erection, or a related trade.
  • Food and beverage installation experience is a big plus including dryers, ovens, and conveyor systems.
  • Experience with steel erection, ductwork, or mechanical piping is a strong advantage.
  • Able to read blueprints and understand technical specs.
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple jobs at once.
