Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
The Engineering Project Manager will oversee all phases of capital project management, from conceptual estimate to equipment fabrication, commissioning, validation, start-up, and close-out. This role includes developing multi-objective project scopes, financial spending forecasts, and schedule development while ensuring compliance with user codes. The primary focus will be on an end-of-line packaging line within an aseptic building, with additional support for other projects as needed.

Work Environment
This role supports projects in Portage and Kalamazoo, including two manufacturing facilities and one lab facility. The position reports to the Engineering Manager over Capital Projects, and involves working on various projects such as capital equipment, packaging lines, boiler projects, and warehousing projects. The initial contract is expected to be six months, with the potential for extension. A typical workweek is 40 hours, with some potential for overtime. Standard holidays and 10 days of PTO are offered.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.07 - $55.29/hr.
