- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business systems management, software implementation, or digital operations
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring QuickBase (or comparable low-code platforms)
- Experience managing or supporting workload, resource, or project management systems
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working cross functionally with IT, operations, engineering, and leadership
- Serve as the business owner and primary liaison with IT for enterprise software tools and platforms
- Lead the evaluation, vetting, and implementation of new software solutions aligned with operational needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs
- Manage, integrations, upgrades, and system roadmaps
- Telecom, engineering, construction or utility industry experience.
