  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for General Contractors, facility owners, and inspectors, representing Jansons with professionalism and technical authority.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track labor costs, coordinate material orders, and handle change orders efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 8+ years of dedicated project management experience within mechanical construction, heavy MEP, industrial ventilation, or specialty steel erection.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
  • Education: A background or degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is highly preferred/excellent, but equivalent field-management expertise will be considered.
  • Leadership Style: A proactive, visible leader who prefers being active in the field, troubleshooting alongside site foremen and resolving layout challenges in real time.
  • Logistics Expertise: Proven ability to manage tight construction schedules, crane rigging logistics, and urban site constraints.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits package, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation/PTO.
  • Salary: $100-120K per year/Competitive Based on Experience
