Job Details

We are looking for an experienced commercial construction Project Manager with estimating capabilities who can own projects from cradle to grave. This is a full-cycle role — you'll be involved from preconstruction and estimating all the way through closeout and client handoff.

What you'll be doing:

• Estimating and bidding commercial projects from conceptual through hard bid
• Managing all phases of construction — scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client communication
• Serving as the primary point of contact for owners and architects throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on time and on budget
• Delivering daily progress reporting and maintaining transparency with clients

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Hands-on estimating experience — ability to self-perform estimates and manage buyout
• Strong client-facing communication skills and a relationship-first mindset
• Proven track record managing projects independently from start to finish
• Experience in one or more of our core markets: restaurants/hospitality, retail, grocery, office, country clubs, or similar
