Our General Contractor client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Known for delivering impressive work across a multiple of markets, this firm offers the opportunity to work on some of the most impactful builds in the market.
Their projects are a mix of ground-up & renovation and range from $5M to $35M - providing exposure to both mid-size and large-scale developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Oversee multiple project teams and ensure successful execution
- Drive coordination between internal teams, consultants, and ownership
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to project staff
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–25+ years of experience with a General Contractor
- Strong experience with ground-up construction projects
- Proven track record managing larger-scale projects ($20M+ preferred)
- Experience with public, education, municipal is preferred
- Ability to lead complex, multi-faceted builds across various sectors
- Strong financial acumen and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- 💰 $120,000 – $175,000 base salary + bonus
