Brass Smith Innovations is looking for a detail-driven Project Manager to help deliver custom food service fabrication projects from order through shipment. In this role, you’ll serve as the central coordinator between customers, engineering, and production, ensuring projects move efficiently through our manufacturing process while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Do

Project & Order Management

  • Manage projects from order entry through production and shipment
  • Track order status and project milestones within our ERP system (Syteline)
  • Coordinate with engineering to initiate revisions and drawing approvals
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure project timelines stay on track
  • Work closely with production, shipping, and accounting teams to ensure smooth project execution

Customer Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your territory
  • Provide updates on order status, schedules, and project milestones
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication

Problem Solving

  • Identify potential issues early and coordinate solutions with internal teams
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and customer satisfaction

These responsibilities align with the role’s core focus on coordinating client orders, managing production scheduling, and maintaining communication across internal teams and customers.


What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, order management, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction industries
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline preferred)
  • Ability to read or interpret engineering drawings or blueprints
