🏗 Structural Steel Fabricator

🚀 Why This Role Matters: Join a well-established and rapidly expanding structural steel fabricator and erector based in the Metro Atlanta area. With major new contracts secured and a significant facility expansion on the horizon, we are looking to strengthen our project management team with talented professionals ready to take on high-impact roles.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Manage structural steel projects from kick-off through fabrication and installation
• Coordinate with internal shop teams, subcontract detailers, and field installation crews
• Review drawings, process RFIs, and ensure project readiness
• Track schedules, communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Conduct occasional site visits (typically monthly)
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and workflow alignment
• Support junior team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative culture

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of structural steel project management (or Project Coordinator → PM progression)
• Confident handling large-scale RFIs, drawings, fabrication workflows, and install sequencing
• Strong communicator who enjoys cross-department collaboration
• Comfortable in an office-based role with limited travel
• Proactive, team-first mindset — thrives in a growing, youthful environment.

• $100,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experience
