Where we need you:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from project order to post-SOP closure.
- Ensure project delivery in terms of timing, cost, and quality.
- Develop, maintain, and update project plans and reports.
- Lead communication with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional (matrix) project teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with RA procedures and RAMP guidelines.
- Track open points and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead customer meetings, including critical discussions and negotiations.
- Drive project optimization through change management.
- Capture and apply lessons learned.
- Ensure successful project handover to plant operations.
How to convince us:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably working with OEM customers.
- Strong background in injection molding processes and plastic materials.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional or matrix teams.
- Experience in customer interaction, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of budget control and financial aspects of projects.
- Experience in production/manufacturing environments.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively lead teams.
- Ability to quickly understand and learn technical project-related aspects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
